4. Snowshoe Explore snow using a historical mode of travel, snowshoes. This is great fun for the whole family or groups of friends. It's easy with no skill required. Park Mountain, Coyote Sleeping (The Camels Hump) are a few places where you can take a day-trek snowshoeing. Perhaps hire a shuttle service like Winds & Rivers, they can provide an entire group with a snowshoeing experience, which includes the snowshoes.

5. Backcountry ski and ski and... The Monashee is a great destination for X-country Ski enthusiasts. It will get you and your friends back to an original ski experience, away from the crowds. Try the alpine at Keefer Lake Resort, if you want to get above the clouds and into the sun.
Closer to the B&B's try Park Mountain with its great views. Saddle Mountain and Coyote Sleeping (The Camels Hump) provide great views of the foothills and is a chance to mix your skiing with ice fishing and snowshoeing.

6. A Snow Weekend Getaway Escape the city for a weekend of Canadian winter in the country. After an outdoor adventure relax at The Lodge Inn Cherryville for a body treatment (massage, Reki, reflexology) followed by an extraordinary dinner and a quiet comfy night.
